Day 169
I remember naming this blogger after I found out I was leaving for Afghanistan last fall/winter. As much as Ft. Meade, Md was making me go CRAZY, I needed a break..a vacation perhaps. Silly me wanted to get far far far away from everything that made me go towards the insane side of me (lol) Well Afghanistan was that place. My vacation away from Ft Meade. God knows it wasnt a vacation that every person would go on hehe, but it was away from Ft. Meade. So I ended up naming this blog "An Afghanistan Vacation (Deployment). I wanted to talk briefly about my decision making on the name of this online journal blog. I put both (vacation) and (deployment) on my title for a reason. As you can see, (and mentioned earlier in one of my blogfessions) I am "officially" done with the (deployment) part of the title of my blogger :) Now let the (vacation) begin! Between today (June 1st) and June 13th, I am basically just relaxing over here. No more meetings, no more traveling, no more work! My first thing I would like to do today on my vacation is hanging out at the MWR (Morale Welfare Recreation) and playing some Playstation 2. Then doing some laundry and I have to mail off a big box to send to my Mom's house so I wont have to pay for extra baggage on the plane towards the states. That is what my day consists of :) I believe I deserved this break from all the crap I went through Winter/Spring. I know you all feel the same way.

Well yes indeedy I do feel the same exact way :-) MMM K not talking much 2nite..not feeling all that well..Rachael (one of the twins) is sick and I think I am catching on. Pray I am not, I have a busy w/end ahead w/a bachelorette party on Fri. and on Sat. my cousin Trey's 4th Bday party and Sun. My cuz Mike's welcome home dinner! O pray I feel better and this runs its course fast!! MMM k well other than that, had a normal day..just babysat and helped clean and do some yard work since our house goes up 2mar..I am sad and happy at the same time..so much has happened here, but the most important thing is going with me: MY FAMILY..O and just so every1 knows, my doggie is doing well..K well off to bed for me..watched Cellular 2nite, good movie..if you haven't seen it you should :-) K well nighty night..sleep tight..later..much love..the countdown keeps going..Ricky enjoy that "vacation" over there..and although you may not like Ft. Meade all that much and it drives you crazy, on the bright side you are like 30-45mins away from me..haha..:-) (lucky you right?lol..j/p)Muah!!

I hope and pray Nicole you are better this morning. It is awful being sick.
My husband has been sick all week. He even got pink eye. He has such blue eyes that when he got the pink eye it was really funny looking. I mean it was like a neon sign. Today he has his contacts back in. WE will see. No pun intended. WE WILL SEE get it? te he.
Anyway, Ricky please dont forget the little girl over there. Dont forget to try to get me a souvenier of her. I will treasure it always. Tell her she has a mama who cares for her over here. I will pray for her everyday I remember. She is so cute.
I feel so bad for orphans too. I hope she gets a home one day. It probably doesnt look too promising though. Hopefully she won't marry some gross wacko.... what a waste.

Anyway soon he will be home to good ole Maryland. I don't know waht it is about that place that you and Vanessa get so stressed out about. Its weird it actually makes you guys want to go to Iraq.............. instead. Geesh. Ricky knock some sense into Vanessa's head ok? She has laid off the idea. At least for now but she upsets me........................ she is not I repeat NOT the " Middle Eastern Country Club" type. Here that VAN?
Not much to say today..I am going to take a nap now after I pay my cellular bill, fun stuff..I am feeling a lil' better today..it's just a cold..it'll run it's course..so yea..I am not sure what it is about MD..I have lived here all my life and I love it here..I honestly think it's the military not MD :-) I am just representing..lol..it's all good..well I am off here for now, later everyone..Ricky hope all is well, talk to you soon
